By accessing or using the Commercial Credit Banker Workbench platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform.

2. Platform Description

The Banker Workbench is a commercial credit assessment platform designed for authorized banking professionals to evaluate credit applications, analyze financial data, and process lending decisions in accordance with established credit policies.

3. User Eligibility

Access to the Platform is restricted to:

• Authorized employees of Commercial Credit and affiliated institutions
• Registered business applicants submitting credit applications
• Users who have completed the required authentication process

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information in all submissions
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the Platform only for its intended purpose
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to access unauthorized areas of the Platform
• Report any security vulnerabilities or suspicious activity

5. Credit Applications

By submitting a credit application, you acknowledge that:

• All information provided is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge
• We may verify information with third parties and credit bureaus
• Submission does not guarantee approval of credit facilities
• Credit decisions are subject to our credit policy and risk assessment criteria
• False or misleading information may result in application rejection and legal action

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including software, text, graphics, logos, and designs, are the property of Commercial Credit and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Commercial Credit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
